Bus Fare

This year we have found it necessary to charge the students a small amount for the buses.
The fee is $10 that will cover both competitions.  Our Administration is generously covering the rest of the cost.  All team members should pay the $10.   Thank you.

Scrimmage

Another school is offering to scrimmage with us -- Mountainville.
Maybe after school the week of February 8th or in the morning on Saturday, February 14th?

Special Meeting this Thursday, January 29

Our attorney coach, Mr. Ryan D. Petersen, will be coming to our cave time on Thursday.  Be on time and bring questions for him.

This is NOT the case we will be preparing, but is a prepared script of a "fun" case.  Read through it, watching for the 

 *  Opening statements by both attorneys: What sorts of things do they say to start building their cases? 

*  Swearing in of witnesses:  In mock trial the bailiff swears in witnesses, and they raise their hands, not their paws. : )  

*  Direct examination:  How are questions asked during a direct examination different from questions asked during a cross examination?
